My current office is located at 2517 Lebanon Pike, Nashville TN 37214. I also offer virtual therapy in the states of TN and SC.

Virtual therapy can be a great way to fit therapy in your schedule. I utilize a HIPPA compliant platform for all virtual sessions. I can only provide therapy to residents of TN and SC.

I offer sessions 3 days a week in office. Please contact me for my schedule.

For 50 minute individual sessions it is $150. Sometimes individuals doing EMDR therapy will benefit from 90 minute sessions. For 90 minute sessions my rate is $225.

In your first session we will work on going over your previous history, what is currently bringing you into therapy, and your goals. Going through past events can be difficult. If there is anything you wish not to talk about in the first session that will always be your choice.

Therapy can be different for everyone. If you're coming to work through past trauma, therapy can take sometime. This can be something we discuss further after our first session.

Prior to starting therapy with your child/teen, I prefer to first meet with the parent. If parents of the child are not married, please provide the custody agreement. I will need information on who has non emergency care custody for the child.

I do not have expertise in custody hearings and am not able to make any custody recommendations.
