I specialize in working with individuals from ages 15 and up who struggle with complex trauma, grief, eating disorders, chronic dieting, and people experiencing weight and body image concerns. I value diversity and inclusivity. As a practice focused on cultivating inclusivity and positive well-being, I affirm all people regardless of their age, weight, culture, disabilities, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, marital status, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.

In therapy sessions, I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities to optimize client insight and healing, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Rapid Desensitization (EMDR).

My Approach

I believe that feeling grounded in ourselves can help us manage whatever life brings. It is my goal to help every client that enters my office space become more connected with themselves. I use curiosity, non- judgement, and compassion to create a safe place for my clients.
