You may have just lost a love one, been struggling with an eating disorder or thoughts around food, consistently feeling anxious, have never liked what you saw in the mirror, or experienced a life time of trauma. Click this link to schedule a free consultation. Consultation calls are such an important step in this process. They allow us to get to know each other before we begin therapy. It is important to me that we both believe we are good fit.
Once you schedule your free 15 minute consultation call you will get an email from me that this time is confirmed. On the call, I will ask you about your previous counseling experiences and what you would like to work on. Then you’ll have the chance to ask me any questions. If you choose, we will schedule our first session and start our work together.
